This vision led to the foundation of QLogix, not just as a company, but as a platform to prepare for the next era of computation. His goal was to build a team equipped with cutting-edge expertise in quantum computing, quantum machine learning, and advanced intelligent systems, pushing toward state of the art technological innovation.

Beyond technological advancement, his ambition extends to global integration — by establishing international collaborations and research linkages, Raise Naqvi aims to connect Pakistan's emerging quantum ecosystem with the world, bridging the gap between research and real-world impact.
